A quick, inside look at how pointless an unnecessary this suggested law/code is. I'm out there, all the time, all hours of the day and night. There is no problem; there's just a family who found their "cause" and wants to make everyone else bend to their whims.

Lubbock Mayor Dan Pope has already come out against this sound ordinance, which would limit the allowed decibel level to 70db on weeknights and 85 on weekends.

We need to stop this, slice it and dice it, then flush it once and for all. This is a lame attempt at trying to show some political clout and that's all it is.
