Like father, like son? Perhaps! At least in the case of the new article on Marilyn Manson in Paper magazine in which the shock rocker shows a lighter side, posing for a number of photos including one with his dear old dad Hugh Warner decked out in Manson's stage makeup, as well (see a bonus instagram shot from photographer Terry Richardson below).

The article, which also finds Manson sporting Mickey Mouse ears, and posing in front of several sign boards, is featured in the March 2015 edition of Paper and in it Manson touches on a number of topics, including his family bond.

The rocker reveals that the death of his mother from dementia last May weighed heavily on him during the making of The Pale Emperor album and also brought him closer than ever to his father. Manson made note last year when he signed on for a role in the final season of FX's Sons of Anarchy that a big draw was that it was one of his father's favorite shows. He says that's further opened up the lines of communication between the two.

Speaking about the photo that appears in the magazine, Manson laughingly remarks, "That's a Ghost of Christmas Future." He adds, "When I see pictures of my dad, I'm like, 'He looks like me.' The first time I saw my dad in makeup was, ironically, the second concert I ever went to. He dressed as Gene Simmons and took me to the KISS 'Dynasty' tour when I was 11. And people were asking my dad for his autograph."
