Ozzy Osbourne Blamed For Abuse

Ozzy Osbourne is once again being blamed for misbehavior.  A Cleveland man told police his wrong-doing was the result of "Ozzy Osbourne and his music".  He was taken in after police sawing him driving erratically on Christmas Eve.   A witness said his head was bouncing around and he was losing consciousness while he was behind the wheel.  He was charged with DUI, hit and run and failure to control his motor vehicle.  Video after the jump.
