Meet Legends Of Streaming Authors Wednesday At Star Comics

Local artists Derrick Fleece and Derek Moreland will be signing copies of their original comic "Legends Of Streaming" Wednesday. The look of this project is VERY impressive.

Moreland is an old school FMX rocker and pumped about the project. He describes it like this:

Our comic, Legends of Streaming, is an all-ages GAME OF THRONES meets AVATAR: THE LAST AIR BENDER; that is to say, political intrigue with a super powered twist. It was created and drawn by Derrick Fleece, and written by Derek Moreland.  It is the story of a future history, in which those born with mastery of the elements wok to rebuild Silverage, a nation torn apart by disaster and war. Gabrael, the former soldier and pacifist headmaster of The Academy of Winds – Silverage's greatest learning institution – is called upon to take in Prince Dehlan, the heir to a rival who is developing elemental powers of his own. Most believe this arrangement is beneficial, and that it will begin healing the wounds of decades-old conflict that still sting in the present. But a traitor plots behind the scenes, intent on destroying the governing council and becoming the sole ruler in its steed.

The signing will take place at Star Comics 2014 34th Street from 11-6.
