Metallica Monopoly – For Whom The Dice Rolls!

Yeppers. Metallica has their own version of Monopoly coming out. You can expect the playing spaces and cards to have Metallica influenced names. According to the official Metallica store the game will be available next week.

KISS (of course), the Beatles, Elvis and more have had their own versions of the game. I don't think putting the band name on stuff is really that big of a sell-out, it's more like how you "push it" to the fans.  Metallica has everything from coffee cups to ice packs on their website, but somehow they come off a little less crass than the marketing done by KISS. Then again, it's up to you, the fan, when a band has gone too far.
