Metallica Practices? [VIDEO]

Last week Driver brought you the story about Metallica playing "The Frayed Ends Of Insanity" in its entirety live for the very first time at Sonisphere. We are going to expand on that a little bit and show Metallica practicing the song during a sound check.

To think it has been 26 years since the release of "...And Justice For All" which "The Frayed Ends Of Insanity" is taken from so of course the dust has to be knocked off a little bit. That is why I love video's like this that show some of the world's most talented musicians having to practice and get the rust out of songs that haven't been played if ever in a very long time.

In the video you can see Lars talking to James about the song about how people are camped out with cameras trying to get a glimpse of the Metallica sound check. Since Metallica usually post their set lists it wasn't that big of a secret but it's still cool to see.
