Milwaukee Avenue to See Lane Closings for Concrete Placement

The Texas Department of Transportation will place concrete on Milwaukee Ave. near the Marsha Sharp Freeway Monday night (September 29) into early Tuesday morning (September 30).

According to the TxDOT, work crews will close southbound Milwaukee Ave. down to one lane beginning at 9 p.m. The crews will then close both southbound lanes at midnight and reduce northbound Milwaukee Ave. to one lane.

The affected stretch is between Marsha Sharp Freeway and Spur 327.

All lanes are expected to reopen by 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
