Most of Lubbock Received Light Dusting of Snow

If you're like most people, you'll look out your window this morning and say "well crappity-mccrappersons snow again!" Have no fear; it's not time to panic and there's no need to clear the shelves of your local stores.

Last nights snow hit that sweet spot where it sticks on lawns and flowerbeds but (mostly) melts on roads and highways.

As of 4:45 a.m. I can give you an all clear for the interstate and south loop. Surface roads were pretty good too.  It's just nippy, that's all. 

Look for a high today of 35, which should be enough to melt this little bit of snow. BUT, and that's a Nikki Minaj size "BUTT," there's a chance of wintery mix with now and sleet tonight and tomorrow morning, so you might want to go ahead and set your alarm for five minutes earlier tomorrow.
