After a contract dispute with their former record label INO Records, P.O.D has finally wrapped up recording new material for a new record scheduled for a June 19, 2012 release date on the Razor and Tie label. P.O.D. had planned to enter the studio in November, but had to delay those plans when INO Records refused to advance the band $400,000. P.O.D. had filed a lawsuit in Nashville, Tennessee claiming breach of contract; INO claims P.O.D had “abandoned it’s option under the agreement.”

With the contract dispute out of the way, the band is set for the release of their 8th disc "Murdered Love" with the first single called "Lost In Forever" ready for radio.

They'll be in Texas on May 26-Dallas, May 27- El Paso, and have a date down in Midland, Texas on August 2nd.
