My Favorite Arcade Game Of All Time

My favorite arcade game was the first “double joystick game.”  You got the little intro picture, you should be able to guess it if you ever played it.

The game was “Robotron 2084.”

The action in this game was like crack. You’d walk away sweaty and shaking. The game was simple-kill stuff and save the clones. It was all played a progressively more congested black backdrop.  It was like being in the center of tons of robots with a machine gun.  The game holds up incredibly well today. It’s short on story and heavy, heavy, heavy on action.

Best of all, if you think you can handle it, you can download it right here!

So what was your favorite “old school” arcade game?  And do you have an upright “Robotron” to sell me?
