National Anthem Rockoff: Gene Simmons Vs. Journey [VIDEO]

Famed KISS bassist Gene Simmons hit the football field Sunday afternoon in London to perform the national anthem with the help of some backup singers. Journey hit the football field in Arizona on Saturday night to perform the same tune. Who did it better?

Simmons actually sounded pretty damn good, which came as a surprise to me. The backup singers were definitely a plus.

Though, Journey rocked it, played it well, and got the crowd fired up for the game, which the Sun Devils did end up winning.

So who did it better? Well, I think Simmons and his crew of ladies sealed it at the end with a salute to the Rock Gods with the Horns, but you decide.
