New Jackyl Coming In August

Jesse James Dupree and the boys of Jackyl are in their Kennesaw, Georgia studio, putting the finishing touches on their up-coming disc that will mark the 20th anniversary for the "Hillbilly Love Gods."It truly does seem like yesterday; when Jesse James Dupree called me from a pay-phone asking if he could come up to the radio station and get the bands tunes on the radio. Little did I know from that first meeting, that we would become life-long friends.

Jackyl, has big plans for the summer, hitting the road (we're working on a Lubbock date possibly in late June) and of course doing the annual romp and stomp in Sturgis, South Dakota, where the band will officially release the new record, marking 20 years of doing what they do best...Throwing It Down.
