With only two vacancies left in the league, those vacancies being in Cleveland and Minnesota, let's take a look at who's been hired recently, and who's going to those vacant spots.

As of today, the Detroit Lions have solidified a contract with Jim Caldwell, now former offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens and former head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.

Ken Whisenhunt struck a deal with the Tennessee Titans on Monday, which was a bit of a surprise, as Detroit was waiting to put ink to paper with the former San Diego Chargers offensive coordinator and Arizona Cardinals head coach.

So, after the past 24 hours, we now have two jobs yet to be filled in the league, and in Minnesota, I'm almost certain that the job will be given to Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, which is a fantastic fit.

As far as the Browns, there is speculation that the team will wait for Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase to be available for interview before moving on with a new coach. Cleveland could go after someone like former Titans head coach Mike Munchak, but for now, it looks like the team really wants a shot at Gase.

We'll see how these coaching changes pan out in the upcoming year. Stay tuned.
