We are now 80 days out from the RockShow presenting the 2013 opening of Nightmare on 19th Street. In honor of this occasion we are happy to announce that we will be holding our 2nd Annual Little Kids Trick Or Treat Night On Wednesday October 30th.

Last year we 'treated' 300 kids! It's free.  It's open to the public.  We are hoping to double or triple attendance this year.  We set up a short trail around our midway with multiple stops for the kids.  Any sponsor is welcome to "adopt" a trick or treat "station" for their own.  Last year we had sponsors do everything from candy to toothbrushes.  We don't allow any scary costumes during this event and hold the event before dark.  We WILL have some actors in non-threatening costumes for pictures.

Some of us are a little "bummed" that in this day and age there is no real place for kids to enjoy Halloween. This is the perfect event if you no longer feel comfortable or welcome going door to door.  For those of you who enjoy providing treats, we'd love to have you as well.  As you can see from the picture, it's easy to add people to the event or subtract them as their candy supplies wear out.  There is absolutely "no catch" to this event.  Nightmare on 19th Street and the RockShow put this event together and continue to fund it out of a pure love for Halloween.

Stay tuned to KFMX.com and go like "Nightmare on 19th Street" on Facebook to keep up with the details (plus there is an uber cute picture of Big and a baby pirate on the page).
