Nikki Sixx Recovering From Knee Surgery

Last summer rocker Nikki Sixx injured his knee while touring with Motley Crue. After months of pain, Sixx went under the knife to have the injury repaired and was sending out Tweets to his fans just hours after the operation to let everyone know the procedure went well and that he was doing fine.Sixx sent the first Tweet out and assured his fans that all was well, telling them he was now under the care of Dr. Bingham (aka Courney; his girlfriend) who was making sure the rocker was well cared for.

Today Nikki sent out Tweets letting his fans know he is doing better than expected and felt as though he could lose the crutches and begin using one of the many canes he has collected over the years if not for the watchful and demanding eye of the ever present "Dr. Bingham."
