It's the latest and greatest from the same disingenuous ass bags that brought you the idea that Jade Helm 15 is a takeover of Texas: 'EPA orders man to keep BBQ smell on his property.' And it's all based on ONE video.

In the video, you can see a very patient Florida County Environmentalist trying to explain the law (read: not EPA/not Government/not Obama). The fact here is simple: your neighbors can find a reason to call the law or county on you. That doesn't mean it's going to be enforced or is even reasonable.

Here's the actual statute:

So let's look at the reality of this law one more time. If the smoke was strong enough that it always came into your neighbor's yard and stunk up the whole house, you might want to file a complaint, too. The problem here is, these guys obviously have a bitch of a neighbor and that's it. The other problem is, the inspector obviously didn't know that the wording here said commercial.

Now mix this in with the fact that there WAS an ordinance up for vote in Austin last MAY, and all of a sudden you have a giant hoopla over nothing. (Yes, that ordinance was voted down.)

Now let's add one last wrinkle. All of a sudden, controlling your smoke is a "liberal" thing. I don't even know how that works, but even if you run a website that deals in "Conservative Values," anything you don't like becomes a "liberal" thing. I guess if these guys decide they don't like pickles, cucumbers will become a "liberal" thing.

This is just another example of a bunch of jerks who make their money whipping people into a frenzy, throwing some wood on the conspiracy fire.
