Saying good bye to Mike Leach was rough on Tech fans! The controversy surrounding his release was and is a hot topic not only for Lubbock residents, Tech students and local football fans, but for football fans all over the country.

Chess coach Susan Plogar says the university can not come up with the money for scholarships she needs to attract quality players so she has taken a job at Webster University.

The way the football team played last season maybe Tech could shift some of that scholarship money over to one of the nationally ranked teams on campus.
