One Of The Best Questions About Music Ever

This just popped up on the RockShow. Of course it's a fantasy scenario until time travel becomes a reality.  Get your thinking cap on and get ready.

If you could go back in time and see any band in their prime, who would you see?  This opens up a lot of possible answers.  There has to be one band that you've missed, or even would like to see again.  My answer was The Clash. I really wished I had caught them in their prime. Heck, they played here in Lubbock and I STILL missed them.  Heathen's answer was pretty good too. He went for Pink Floyd "around The Wall era".

Think about it. There were Texas Jam's and things like "The Us Festival". There were the days when Metallica was opening for Guns N' Roses. There are artists we lost like Dimebag or Jim Morrison that could show up on your list.  What about Hendrix at Woodstock or AC/DC with Bon Scott?  Maybe your answer is as current as Suicide Silence or even Slipknow with Paul Gray.
