Opinion Time: Slash’s “Apocalyptic Love”

When I heard that Slash was coming out with a new album, I was stoked, of course, but I certainly wasn't ready for the material that is packed into the latest album.Slash is, well, Slash in the latest album, bringing back his signature sound and style of play in each and every song. Myles Kennedy does some tremendous vocal work throughout the entire album, as well as the rest of the band, known outside of this project as The Conspirators .

I have to say that the album certainly surpassed my expectations and I certainly hope you take the time to check it out for yourself. "You're A Lie" is a classic, but "Halo" and "Anastasia" are two of my other favorites.

I urge you to head to a real record store and pick up a copy...
