P.O.D. Back In The Studio [VIDEO]

P.O.D. back in the studio working on the follow up to 2008's "When Angels and Serpents Dance".

After a contract dispute with their former record label INO Records, P.O.D. is finally back in the studio recording new material for a new record scheduled for a spring 2012 release date on the Razor and Tie label. P.O.D. had planned to enter the studio in November, but had to delay those plans when INO Records refused to advance the band $400,000. P.O.D. has filed a lawsuit in Nashville, Tennessee claiming breach of contract; INO claims P.O.D had "abandoned it's option under the agreement."
