3 weeks ago Evidently a local t.v. station has decided to make putting "tornado sirens" a news story, when the bulk of Lubbock could give a crap. It's a typical sixth grade solution for a sixth grade audience. LOUD NOISES. How this station succeeds by appealing to the lowest common denominator in this town is both amazing and an embarrassment. 3 weeks ago I have to say I was pretty frustrated knowing that Hurt was in the area and not booked to play the GNR show. Then Hurt was booked to play a happy hour party at FUBAR. Now, they will be making that FUBAR gig an acoustic show and will hit the stage at the Amp at 10:00 p.m. to open for Guns N' Roses.

It's just a story about the on stage rivalry between Rollins and Iggy Pop. You don't really have to care about either artist to enjoy the story either. More after the jump.

I've been married to a woman for decades and I just don't have anything to prove to anyone. I do know, that younger males make quite a sport out of insulting each others masculinity.
