I hate to group these two together but pretty much everybody else did. I'm talking about "Paul" and "Your Highness."

I'm grouping these to movies together for two big reasons:  they underwhelmed a bit at the box office and the previews for both weren't really accurate representations of the movies.

Let's start with Paul. From the previews you think, "filthy talking alien" film. Yeah, there's a ton of crude humor, but it's there's also a real heart to the movie. Stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) are English buddies on a UFO tour of America when they run into Paul. That's really all you need to know. It's a solid comedy adventure movie.

Now how about "Your Highness."  From some of the previews you think "Stoner medieval adventure."  Well the "stoner" part is almost nonexistent in the movie. You pretty much saw all the stoner stuff in the previews. The story is simpler. Two princes, one brave and one a brat are forced to go on a quest together. Yeah, there is some very crude humor, but this one is really laugh out loud funny at times.  This is another solid comedy-adventure movie.

Let me wrap things up this way: if you enjoy the RockShow, you'll love either of these flicks. Check out the previews below, but remember, they are a little misleading.
