Pepper Keenan, guitarist of Down, took some time to call into Lubbock's Rock Station to talk about the band, and he also hinted at a new Corrosion of Conformity album—pretty big news!

Down is on tour right now with Black Label Society, and their latest album, 'Down IV—Part 2,' hit stores this past Tuesday. During the interview with Pepper, we talked about Corrosion of Conformity:

The C.O.C. thing is still a big part of my life and a big part of where I came from and how I got here. We are getting closer to solving that, everyone is talking. We have had all kinds of offers different promoters, and it's just a matter of time, you know? And not doing it half-@ss. I am not going to jump in it just for a paycheck. We all talk and we want to get together and start writing and seeing what happens.

What we took from this is a future tour and the possibility of a new album. You never know, and it would be a pretty sick tour to see Pepper back on the road with C.O.C. We'd be there in a heartbeat.
