Please Move The Deer Crossings To Safer Areas

We get all kinds of crazy calls at radio stations. This particular call to a Fargo radio station seems to be confused as to how "Deer Crossing" signs work or don't work. How the personalities avoiding just calling her out as a knucklehead is beyond me. More after the jump.

This is reportedly a real call to a real radio station. The caller doesn't sound confused, in fact she knows exactly what she wants.  The problem is, she doesn't really understand the problem shes dealing with or how to handle it.  Here's the call:
