Pops Hugs Hot Chicks AKA Pops Goes Walkabout

When "Pops" (Wes Nessman) gets bored at a concert, what does he do? One thing that I have noticed over the years, is that Pops tends to disappear from time to time at concerts. This is not surprising because Pops can't sit still, even in a car! No one knows where he goes, or what he is doing while he is missing.  All that we have known is that he ALWAYS comes back grinning from ear to ear.

On Tuesday night (7-24-12) at the Trespass America Tour, with Five Finger Death Punch and Killswitch Engage, I spotted Pops disappearing and decided to secretly follow him.  Surprisingly, we did not head to a tour bus or even a party room.  Instead, we headed right out into the heart of the crowd, stopping from time to grab some unsuspecting Hot Chick to make her squeal, and sometimes he would grab women.

POPS is known to believe that everyone deserves a hug, whether they want it or not!  Never knowing how people would react, I took pictures hoping for an occasional slap to the face.  Here are a few of his victims (I think that I will be shadowing Pops from now on).
