Rampage Wrestling Puts on Sick Texas Death Match at Nightmare On 19th Street

Let's start at the beginning. Rampage Wrestling is a "family promotion." You can take even little kids to the show and feel safe that the language and action will be PG or under. With that said, they knew they could stretch their boundaries at 10:45 on a Saturday night.

After a bunch of technically great match (as in showing technical prowess), Rampage brought out two of its big guns for the final match of the evening and it was one of the most brutal matches I've ever seen in person.

Heck, this match looked more brutal than a lot of the old ECW stuff I saw back in the day. Champion Erik Grayson went head-to-head with Doldrum Pow. Calling the match was our own former Asylum host, Dr. Nexum.

Things got sick real quick when a bag of tacks was spread on the stage. Then, these guys went toe-to-toe using everything they could find on each other. A toaster and pie pans led to a flaming barbed wire bat, a hideous structure with barbed wire loops, a slam through a table and the eventual and super sick use of a weed wacker.
