This is a KCBS-sanctioned event (I guess that means it's big time!). We're cooking brisket, ribs, pork and chicken.
The bucks come into play with the ribeye cook-off with $1,000, $500 and $250 cash prizes. Overall, there's $10,000 in cash prizes.
The best part (other than the eating) is the proceeds benefit Texas Tech Ag scholarships.
