Tech baseball has been good for a few years now, but we're starting to see something a little different from this year's team. Coach Tadlock said at the beginning of the year that he really likes the team he has, and we're seeing why game after game.

This past week brought another duo of sweeps, though against non-conference opponents.

The Red Raiders took both games against Sam Houston State during a doubleheader on April 13th, winning the first game 8-6, then pummeling the Bearkats 20-3.

This past weekend, San Diego State paid a visit to the Hub City and also received three losses. Friday's final was 3-1, Saturday's was 10-0, and Sunday's was 7-2 all in favor of the scarlet and black.

The Red Raiders are on to Albuquerque to take on the New Mexico Lobos for a two-game stand starting Tuesday.
