Remembering John Lennon [VIDEO]

Many of our listeners will mourn the death of "Dimebag" Darrel Abbott on this day. I don't want to compound the sadness, but it was also the day that John Lennon was murdered.

I think the most sincere song about being a human every written was/is "Imagine" by John Lennon. It's about the only "call for world peace" that I've ever heard that doesn't sound douche-y or like it was for hippies.

I never was a fan of Lennon's music and didn't really get into the Beatles either, but this song transcends both. It's been covered by APC, Lady Gaga, Chris Cornell and a million others, but the original will still give you a chill. Do yourself a favor, turn this up and close your eyes. It will change the way you think, just a little, for the better.
