Rick Perry Explained In Taiwanese Animation

The kooky animators from Taiwan are at it again and this time their target is Rick Perry.  The Gov takes it on the chin in several scenarios that are laid out.

The Taiwanese taught me more about The Governor in a couple minutes than I've learned in a lifetime. For instance, I never knew that God himself likes playing pranks on him.  Check out the video below.
