In this line of work, I have had the privilege of meeting many great people and have collected a lot of great memorabilia over the years. We have everything from guitar picks and drum sticks, to official autographed drum-heads and guitars and gold records from various bands scattered through out the house.

I have talked to a lot of people and from what I have heard, the things I collect seem pretty normal as far as collections go.

But, some people it seems prefer to collect things that are a bit more, well, unusual...

Take for example,  Dr. Michael Zuk, a dentist who bought John Lennon's rotten tooth for $31,000 at a 2011 auction...

Now, to me paying $31,000 for a tooth, good or rotten, is not something I understand. But, it's what he plans to do with the tooth that may be even more creepy to me than him buying the dang thing to begin with...

It seems the good doctor has plans to use the DNA from the tooth to clone John Lennon...
