Scary Movies You Can Check Out This Halloween Season

This is a bit of a holdover, but folks seem to like it quite a bit. Until such time that the other films hit theaters, or the lines go down, you might want to take a second look at a chance of seeing this movie on the big screen.

This looks to be the scariest movie of the Halloween season. It's the "prequel" to the movie Ouija. I have not seen the original, but the trailer for this movie looks to be chalk full of all kinds of supernatural goings on.

It is unlikely this will hit theaters, but you never know. The stories of "The Tall Man" finally come to a close. I still don't understand that steel ball, but I hope one never gets thrown this way.

This comedy looks like it may actually have a few authentic jump scares. I have to confess, I've never seen a Madea movie, but this one appeals to me just a bit. Any time you have a character thats a bit bossy or full of them self being scared, it usually leads to some fun moments.

It's still a mystery as to whether this will hit actual theaters. You would think with the relative lack of Halloween fare this year that it would be a natural, then again, Rob Zombie movies are for a special, select audience.

It looks like the release date to this one was bumped up to help with the dire Halloween release schedule. Most sites still have this movie listed as a February 2017 release date, but the actual movie site is listing October 28th 2016 for it's debut. Let's keep our fingers crossed that that happens.
