So Why Did Metallica Play The Black Album Backwards?

Lars Ulrich recently clarified why the legendary band played its best selling album from finish to start earlier this month in Warsaw, Poland.Ulrich ultimately said that the reasoning behind the entire album song reversal was to start with a punch in the face, but end with a "money shot", to end with one of the band's most recognizable and well renowned hits of all time.

Personally, this ploy is definitely something worth seeing, and I hope to see it myself one day, though I doubt that will ever happen.
