After a portion of the planes roof pulled back, the plane lost cabin pressure and the oxygen masks dropped (I'll bet you'll pay attention to the instructions next time).  Southwest grounded a ton of flights while things were reviewed.  Experts say that the safety measures built into the plane prevented the plane from taking further damage.

One passenger said he could look up and see blue sky through the hole in the roof.  One passenger and one crew member passed out during the ordeal.

USA Today is reporting that the passengers will receive a full refund, an apology, and two complimentary round trip tickets to anywhere Southwest flies.  Myself I'd insist on them replacing my underwear because I would have sh@t them immediately.
