The man who changed the face of technology as we know it has died. Apple co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs, who was battling pancreatic cancer and had a liver transplant in 2009, has passed away at the age of 56.

Jobs co-founded Apple Computer with Steve Wozniak in 1976. Together, the pair launched the Apple II computer. Jobs was the visionary behind the iPhone, the iPod and the iMac.

Jobs was often in the public spotlight, wearing his signature black turtleneck while launching various Apple products to eager consumers. Check out photos of Jobs and the products he was behind below.

Jobs is survived by his wife and four children.
