What a crazy year 2012 was for both Myles Kennedy and Mark Tremonti of Alter Bridge. We had ABIII, Myles Kennedy on Slash's "Apocalyptic Love" record and Mark Tremonti's "All I Was" to enjoy.
Sevendust members and Alter Bridge members have gotten together to throwdown a new track in salute to Dimebag Darrell Abbott of Pantera and Damageplan.
Don't expect a new CD from Alter Bridge until at least 2013, but we're in luck, at least we get the bands performance from the famed Wembley Arena in London, England on March 27, 2012.
Any fan of Alter Bridge will absolutely love this. Actually any fan of concerts should love this. AB blows up Wembley in London during their multi-night run at the famed arena last year. Despite playing to much smaller crowds here in the states, they have huge crowds over seas and can put on an absolutely immense concert experience
I am such a huge fan of live music either up close and personal or on DVD. I am very stoked about the new Alter Bridge DVD.

Slash is busy in the studio banging out new material for his second solo album, due out possibly in April of 2012.
Alter Bridge has released a trailer for the expanded edition of its 2009 album, AB III now called AB III.5, which drops October 25th. The new package will contain three bonus tracks not found on the original North American release but included with the international edition: "Zero," "Home" and "Never Born To Follow."
