X-Fest 8 was a huge success thanks in part to the bands and the fans. Stone Sour really rocked Lubbock and capped off an awesome night of music. We think it sucks we have to wait another year for the next X-Fest. Maybe we can do something about that. What was your favorite song from the Stone Sour set?

When Stone Sour and Theory Of A Deadman hit town on Saturday 4-16-11 some lucky KFMX winners were able to have a BBQ lunch with the bands. The BBQ, supplied by Pete's Drive In, was fantastic, and the bands loved the spicy green sauce and grilled jalapenos! (The Avalanche Tour, 4-16-11, X-Fest 8 ) Photos follow the jump.

The term "photobomb" usually applies to someone sneaking into a picture and doing something silly in the background. With the Rock Show, any picture they put their ugly mugs in is a "photobomb". These are from the Avalanche Tour in Wichita Falls. The basic cast of characters are Heathen, Wes, Simon (Tres), and Lucious (Nubbins).

The Rock Show made it to the Avalanche Tour in Wichita Falls to party with our sister station 106.3 The Buzz. We have a ton of pics, here's some from the later, drunker part of the night.

Cory Taylor dedicated "Bother" to late Slipkont bassist Paul Gray in San Antonio, on what would have been Gray's 39th birthday (April 8th). Don't forget we're less than a week away from the FMX Birthday Bash, headlined by Corey Taylor and Stone Sour. Tickets for the show are still available.
