The sights and the sounds of the holiday season are all around us. Over the weekend Texas Tech kicked the season off with the annual Carol of Lights, and the weather could not have been better. I know personally there have been years we have skipped the event because it was just too darn cold to stand out there for hours waiting for the big moment. Not this year though, the day was warm but as the sunset the air took on a cool, crisp west Texas winter feel, not too warm and not too cold. PERFECT!
