I'm pretty sure I was one of the biggest CSI: Miami fans out there. I actually loved David Caruso's 'style' of acting (basically take of his sunglasses and look at everybody sideways).  I also love the lovely, lovely Eva La Rue.  I was very surprise when they moved the show to Sunday nights.  More after the jump.

Former 'Cheers' barkeep Ted Danson has a new gig. CBS has announced that this fall, Danson will star in its flagship show, 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.' He'll be the forensic team's newest supervisor, a transplant from Portland, OR, who helps his colleagues come to grips with the professional and personal fallout from last season’s take-down of serial killer Nate Haskell.

And another one bites the dust. Oscar-nominated actor Laurence Fishburne will not be returning to 'CSI' this fall, Deadline is reporting. According to the report, Fishburne, who joined the show in 2008 as William Petersen's replacement, opted not to renew his contract, and will instead return to movies full-time. Just as threatened, Justin Bieber was Blown Away tonight on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation  "Targets Of Obsession" (2-17-11).  When CBS said that he would not be back, they meant it.  It was not a kind Pop death, but a hard core Rock and Roll kind of death, as he took on a dozen well armed officers at close range.  Blood flew everywhere as the teen idol was cut down in his prime... may h
