The College World Series has come to a close and with it just one team stands victorious. The Virginia Cavaliers doubled up the Vanderbilt Commodores in the third and final game of the College World Series on Wednesday night, winning 4-2.

The best of three series between the college baseball heavyweights will be decided with the hallowed game three. Vandy got the best of the Cavaliers on Monday, but Virginia put away the Commodores Tuesday night.

As college baseball is nearing an end, the two teams that will write the final chapter of the season are a familiar pair you might recognize. Vanderbilt and Virginia are, yet again and for the second time in a row, going to play for the spotlight as the NCAA's best.
