He was a member of the Lubbock Youth Symphony Orchestra before attending Texas Tech and South Plains College where he studied music. Music was Daniel's life, his love and his passion. Daniel Green was a phenomenal percussionist, and a great friend who was tragically shot and killed on October 16, 2008, in a road rage incident following a minor traffic accident
