A third Jimmy John’s sandwich shop location opened up in Lubbock on Thursday.

H-E-B now stands for hook, evade, body blow.

H.E.B. is a big grocery chain mostly east of here.  They put together this ad with artist Jack Ingram that's really kind of funny and very true.  There are SERIOUSLY people out there that think Texans ride horses to work.  Check out that myth and more after the jump.
