As Halestorm begins work on their third studio album, the band decided to give all of us an inside look at how they are making the album and what some of the inspiration is.

It's been quite a long time since we've had the pleasure of hearing some new Halestorm on our radio, but that all may change very, very soon.

We all seem to have fallen in love with Lzzy Hale via her rebellious and tenacious power on stage with Halestorm, but she can do some stuff on the soft side as well. She recently performed with another very talented woman, Lindsey Stirling, on "Good Morning America".

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the band that's captured out hearts around here, led by the cynically beautiful front-woman Lzzy Hale, is almost finished recording their brand new album.

Last Friday, Halestorm hit the stage in Manchester and tore the roof off the venue. During that time, they unveiled a brand new song entitled "Mayhem" so check it out.

I know everyone has been wanting new music from Halestorm and we finally have 2 new tracks that they performed live!

Lzzy Hale and her cohorts in Halestorm recently covered Dio's 'Straight Through the Heart' for the new Ronnie James Dio 'This Is Your Life' tribute album and the band had a chance to perform their rendition live at the 3rd Annual Ronnie James Dio Awards Monday night (March 17) in Los Angeles.

A massive Ronnie James Dio tribute album is coming later on the 1st of April entitled This Is Your Life and Halestorm was chosen as one of the bands to pay homage to Dio's reign in rock. Check out their rendition of "Straight Through The Heart" here.

In a recent show in Whales, Lzzy Hale Of Halestorm joined Myles Kennedy of Alter Bridge onstage to perform a Alter Bridge track and you can check it out here!

Another batch of covers is coming from the Red Lion, Pennsylvania rockers, including an interesting cover of a huge electronic hit from Daft Punk entitled "Get Lucky".
