It's called "Out There" and it's from one of the former producers of South Park. I'm not completely getting it yet, but who knows, this could be the next big thing. What seems odd at first is that it's kind of like a generic sit-com thing, but for some reason "Chad" is a dog faced boy or something (and apparently he's not the only one).
