A few weeks back the organizers of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival announced the dates and cities for this year's jaunt. They also announced that the festival will have 4 stages, the most ever. While the anticipation builds for the announcement of this year's headliners and support bands, episode one of Mayhem TV premiered with a definitive history of the first five years of the Rockstar
