Lubbock police have arrested a manager of a local smoke shop because there was synthetic marijuana on site. He doesn't own the store or choose what it sells, but was arrested because he was in charge. He is now being held on $30K bond. Seriously. More after the jump.
Whoops, we went legit! Some people have asked why we call this the "4th Annual FMX Fly & Fling" when they know there were a dozen or more. Well let's just say that those earlier events, while we attempted to make them family events, generally turned into giant parties with week long hangovers and a bunch of regrets. After a long pause (enough to forget some of our less proud moments) the City Of Lubbock approached us about bringing a different version of the event back. The 'new and improved' FMX Fly and Fling's are no truly family events with cool kids stuff, kites, frisbees and more. One thing hasn't changed though, we JAM up the tunes. THIS is the the song of "The Connection" that I've been waiting for. I have no problem with harder rock, but for some reason I think Papa Roach are at their best when they put a little emotion into their music. This slower tempo tune puts plenty of Jacoby's soul into it and it really hits home. More after the jump.

Wow, this is crazy news. We first received word that David Draiman injured his voice late this morning. His agent said he was planning on returning to the stage for our show, but as the day progressed it became apparent he needed more time to heal. As luck would have it, and yes there was a lot of luck to it, there were a number of bands available to fill in for Device. More after the show.
Wow! This will get you pumped up for the current incarnation of Guns N' Roses. It's a 3D film of their Las Vegas residency. The cool thing about one of these type of shows is, they can do stuff like the piano from the ceiling, and the dancing girls, and the amazing pyro and....well click through to see for yourself.
