Take Your Dog For A Dip Today
The event known as K-9 Splashfest is today. Each year the city marks the closing of the public pools with this event that allows dogs and the owners to swim.
The event takes place at Clapp Park from 1-5. Dogs have to be up on their shows, NOT be in heat and be on a leash. It costs $2.50 per adult owner and $2 for 17 and under. You can even get your dog microchipped for $10 (it's a good idea, especially if your dog is prone to getting out). Clapp Park is at 46 and Avenue
