If you like offense, the 2011 World Series should have plenty of fireworks. The Rangers and Cardinals will light the fuse Wednesday night in St. Louis for Game 1 of the 2011 World Series. The Cardinals advanced to the Fall Classic on Sunday night with a 12-6 drumming of the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 6 to win the NCLS 4-2.

Both teams enter Game 1 red hot. The Rangers' bring Nelson Cruz and his six home runs/13 rbi ACLS MVP into a head-to-head dual with the Cardinals NCLS MVP David "The Big Chill" Freese who went 12-22 with 3 homers and 9 rbi's to help the Redbirds wrap up a crazy playoff run.

We'll find out in this series if the old saying really applies... "Good pitching beats good hitting."

GO RANGERS!
