Texas Rangers Doom Detriot Take ACLS 15-5 [PIC]

The Texas Rangers banged out 17 hits and scored 15 as the Rangers tamed the Tigers to claim the American Leauge Championship for the second straight year. 

Nelson Cruz hit his sixth home run in six games, drove in 13 runs for the series, and was named the 2011 L.S. McPhail ACLS MVP. Michael Young broke out of a nasty slump, going 3-6 with 5 RBI's, as the Rangers closed out the series 4-2. Texas will take speed, defense and power into Wednesday nights Game 1 against St. Louis or Milwaukee.
