Texas Tech #24 In New AP Top 25 Football Rankings

The last time the Texas Tech Red Raiders were in the AP Top 25 Football Poll was back in November of 2013.

That long drought ended today with the Red Raiders working their way to #24 after a crushing 65-19 beat down of the Kansas Jayhawks over the weekend.

Texas Tech stands at (4-1) as they head to Morgantown, WV this Saturday for a tough test with the Mountaineers.

Alabama and Clemson remained at #1 and #2.

Mike Leach and the Washington State Cougars moved to #8 with their 33-10 victory over the Oregon Ducks.
